If we're unable to find a replacement, we'll issue a refund. We understand how important your event is, and are committed to ensuring that you have the best possible experience.
Can I communicate with my DJ before the event?
Absolutely! We use an anonymous email-chat, so that you can chat with your DJ safeley. Once you've booked your DJ through our platform, we will immediately start a private email thread for you and your DJ. This allows you to communicate any music preferences or additional requests you might have.
